Rapid fire spread will be a big concern this weekend, with very dry, warm, and breezy conditions.
Widespread gusty winds of 25 to 35 mph are expected after noon today. These winds, low humidities and critical fuels have elevated fire weather concerns enough for Red Flag Warnings to be issued. A cold front moves through Sunday bringing more winds to our area without any precipitation.
Please, please be aware.
I’ll have a full weather post later today.
